Δημήτρης Κιουσόπουλος
Ο Δημήτρης Κιουσόπουλος είναι μουσικός κριτικός, δημοσιογράφος, κειμενογράφος και μεταφραστής. Σπούδασε Ιστορία, Αρχαιολογία, και Κλασικές Σπουδές στα Πανεπιστήμια Αθηνών και Εδιμβούργου και έκανε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές Ιστορίας με έμφαση στην Κοινωνική Ιστορία της Μουσικής και της Όπερας στην École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Παρίσι, το Berliner Kolleg für Vergleichende Geschichte Europas (BKVGE Freie Universität / Humboldt-Universität) Βερολίνο, και το Ευρωπαϊκό Πανεπιστημιακό Ινστιτούτο, Φλωρεντία. Συνεργάζεται με το ηλεκτρονικό περιοδικό andro.gr και το περιοδικό L’ opera, International magazine (Μιλάνο, Ιταλία). Έχει συνεργαστεί με τις έντυπες και ηλεκτρονικές εκδόσεις Ελευθεροτυπία, Καθημερινή, Σχεδία, Homme, Debop.gr, Book’s journal και έχει δημοσιεύσει άρθρα στο Βήμα, Athens Voice, Πρώτο Θέμα, Critic’s Corner, κ.α. Είναι μέλος του Συλλόγου Οι Φίλοι της Μουσικής και της Ενώσεως Ελλήνων Θεατρικών και Μουσικών Κριτικών. Εκτός από την ελληνική, γνωρίζει αγγλικά, γαλλικά, ιταλικά, ισπανικά και γερμανικά.
Dimitrios Kiousopoulos is a music critic, journalist, copywriter and translator. He studied History, Archaeology and Classics at the University of Athens and the Universitiy of Edinburgh and did postgraduate studies in History with a focus on the social history of music and opera at the École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris, the Berliner Kolleg für Vergleichende Geschichte Europas (BKVGE Freie Universität / Humboldt-Universität) Berlin, and the European University Institute, Florence. He currently writes for andro.gr online magazine and L’opera, International magazine (Milan, Italy). He has been a contributor for the printed and online publications Eleftherotypia, Kathimerini, Shedia, Homme, Debop.gr, Book’s journal and has published in To Vima, Athens Voice, Proto Thema, Critic’s Corner, a.o. He is a member of the Friends of Music Society, Athens, and of the Union of Greek Critics for Drama and Music. Apart from Greek, he speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.
